1. How do we know that my project information will be kept confidential?
We have a strict NDA policy at our facility, including not allowing photos to be taken there. Our facility will also work with our legal team to review and sign a non-disclosure agreement with you (even before initiating a project/quote) and strictly adhere to not disclose any proprietary information about a customer's project to any third party.
We have used our Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing Center as a starting point for product development innovation and production trials for our customers. We have built a strong reputation here and have grown our business with our customers in a healthy and fast way.
2. How soon can we get a quote?
In most cases, if the drawings and RFQ requirements are complete, we will respond with a quote within 24 hours or less of receiving the inquiry. If the quote is delayed or the RFQ information is incomplete, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If there is an urgent need, please call us. We will handle it urgently and reply within 1 hour.

Please provide the following product/project information for an accurate quotation if possible:
-RFQ or technical documentation: You can discuss or specify the required processing method directly with us, such as injection gate location and rapid tooling process requirements.
-3D Drawings are accepted in STEP, IGES, X_T or STL format.
-2D Drawings are accepted in DWG, DXF or PDF format for tolerance evaluation.
-Parts material (whether assembly is required)
-Part quantity requirements (weekly/monthly/yearly)
-Finish, colour and packaging requirements.
